My 6-year-old son and I had an absolutely unforgettable fishing trip!
Right from the start, the excitement was incredible – we spotted schools of baitfish, followed them, and kept casting until we had enough for the big ones. My son was thrilled, and watching him catch those first fish was pure joy.

Then we started trolling with wobblers – a few smaller catches at first, and then the big moment: my son hooked a massive grouper! The adrenaline was off the charts, but unfortunately, the fish came off just before reaching the boat. Still, he managed to land a smaller one shortly after – the pride in his face said it all.

At the hotspot, things really took off. Fishing with live bait, we both hooked up at the same time – a double strike! After an intense few minutes, we landed a beautiful snapper and a big bluefish, followed by several more medium bluefish.

The ride back under a glowing red sunset was simply breathtaking – the perfect ending to an incredible day on the water.

It was truly an experience of a lifetime, full of excitement, laughter, and unforgettable father-son moments.

Can’t fault the skipper, the boat was great and what was even better was, there were only two of us so we had the captains full attention. I liked that we didn’t go miles out to see searching for fish that are often closer to shore. It was a shame that we couldn’t locate the live bait, the only 1 Mackerel caught produced a nice Barracuda as soon as it was dropped in the water for my fellow fisherman on board. All in all a great day, the weather was great, the captain was cool, funny and had a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely recommend this trip. One thing i would say is , take Cash, Fish booker states that you can pay with a bank transfer. The captain (rightly so) pointed out that bank transfers cause them a lot of problems and you have to use a bank which generally costs you a fee (of course you do , they are banks and banks are evil). Massive thumbs up from me, hope to book again if i’m in that part of the world

started the day fishjng for sardine and mackrel as back up bait incase the jigs were unproductive, which they were. However Efrain set us up trolling live baits, this ended with us getting 3 barracuda to the boat and nice size bonita tuna. could not recommend more

wir hatten eine späte tour von 15-19 uhr.
Beim Trolling mit Wobbler (3 Ruten) konnte leider nichts gefangen werden. Anfänglich schwierig aber später gute köderfischgrößen gefangen.
dann mit livebait geschleppt und konnten drei gute Blufish fangen. zum Schluss konnte ich noch einen großen barracuda überlisten.. dazu hatten wir mehrere Aussteiger und ausschlitzer. Efrain mach als skipper einen top job und kennt sich bestens aus. werde das nächste mal wieder bei ihm buchen.

We had a great quick start catching our live bait, then we headed to fishing grounds for catching Bonito’s. It was a big succes! We had a total of 7 ! After that rush we went for big game fish with our live bait. We went to different spots to try our luck. My dad got a huge atlantic Bonito!
The captain was good company and helpfull. Overall a very pleasant experience!!
