It’s that time of year again; time to hunt for sharks on our shark fishing trips! Many people don’t know this, but shark can be tasty eating. Here, in the Gulf of Mexico, sharks such as Great Whites are rare. However, you can easily find a Hammerhead, Bull, Tiger, Lemon, Atlantic Sharp Nose, Black Tip, or Bonnet shark swimming the warm waters of Fort Myers Beach, especially during the summer season. Don’t worry, you normally won’t find them unless you’re chumming the waters with bait, which is exactly what Luck o’ The Irish Fishing Charters is great at doing!
