I had scheduled a last minute trip for 3 boys ages 10, 7 and 2 to get some fishing in before Labor Day. Dale was gracious enough to take us out on Labor Day. I underestimated my kids excitement. 3 excited kids on a boat, what could go wrong? NOTHING that’s what. Nothing went wrong all was perfect. The rain even held up for us. Dale was super knowledgable about the fish and waters in the area. As a single mom who knows absolutely nothing about fishing Dale helped with bait, and taking the fish off the hook. I’m sure Dale burned 1000 calories on this trip because every time he turned around the boys were catching fish 2 at a time. I really appreciate all Dale’s help on this trip and making memories knowledgeably a lifetime.

This trip was a bast for my twin and I. The cpt took us to the spot where people caught cobia but way too many dang boat out there, so we made a run further away from everyone to another spot. First drop we hooked on our target species and saw a few swimming with it. Too bad we loss it near the boat. He put us on fish for sure. He had different way of attracting the cobia for ex. Live bait, jigs, ballon, etc.. My twin and I brought our own tackle and was allow to fish how we wanted, for us that was treat cause we got to try out a lot of technique. One of a very few cpt that will allow us to bring our own tackle. We hooked on some big Amber Jack, ring tail, Black Sea bass, and cobia.

The Weather wasn’t what we was expecting going out this morning but Dale didn’t let that come close to letting that ruin our trip, from secrete baits to his favorite secrete fishing holes it was all around a great trip. We caught a boat load of fish and learned even more about them. Very generous and accommodating and an awesome person we will definitely be calling him back many of more times!
