- Born and raised Floridian I have always loved the water. I first started fishing at a young age with my cousins in my grandparents' pond. It was easy for us to spend the whole day catching Minnows, Tadpoles, Bass, and Bluegill. Shortly after that, I got to experience Bass fishing on a boat in the Florida Everglades where my love for fishing grew a little more. Then after I was a little older was lucky enough to get invited with my friend's family to go out to the west coast of Florida and drift the flats for trout and troll the mangroves and oyster bars for Redfish and Snook and that's when I fell in love with the gulf coast fishery. Since then, I have had the privilege to fish the waters in the Florida Keys, East Coast, and West Coast and up into the panhandle of Florida. I enjoy taking kids fishing. I am a father of 2 and nothing fills me with more joy than seeing the excitement on their face after reeling one in. So, look no further and book your next trip with Breaking Nets Fishing Adventures!
