Background
Jon and his wife moved to Tamarindo from the city in 2006. Tamarindo is a surfing town and back then the captain realized that surfing is not his thing. Instead, he instantly fell in love with fishing. Capt. Jon has fished the entire Pacific coast of Costa Rica since then, from Golfito (near Panama) to the Bat Islands (near Nicaragua). He has developed many friendships through this wonderful sport and has met great captains on each fishing location on the amazing Pacific coast. Now, the captain runs a successful fishing operation based in Tamarindo representing some of the best captains and crews on the best fishing locations of Costa Rica.
