We had an amazing night fishing trip with Captain Hoover! Our main goal was to land some big redfish, and Captain Hoover delivered exactly what we wanted. Not only did we catch a variety of sizes, but we also reeled in a delicious slot red that made for a fantastic dinner. Captain Hoover’s expertise and laid-back style made the whole experience a blast. We’ll definitely be back for another trip soon—highly recommend!

Night fishing for reds and trout was the best! This was by far one of the best inshore fishing trips ever! We will definitely be back. We were on fish immediately and had our slot limits with in 30 minutes and by the end of the night had caught our limits on trout as well. We pulled in our personal best red of 39” and many more 35 plus. Was such a great night. His boat was well equipped and had plenty of bait to go all night!

First night was decent weather and seas with Mr. Jamie taking us to numerous locations landing absolute MONSTER reds.  Our 2 boys had so much fun they requested another night w/ Addicted to Scales and Tail. Night 2 had a cold front come through with rough seas.  No big deal to Mr. Jamie as he knew exactly where to go and landed even bigger fish than the night before.  My kids were so thrilled and happy, we’re already planning another trip to go again. Had an awesome time with Captian Hoover. Great personality and really knows his stuff. If you’re in the market for some monster reds captain Hoover is your guy. Beautiful, tricked out, boat and super nice equipment. This was my second trip with him and definitely won’t be my last.

He took our charter on less than 24 hours notice and made sure we had a good time. He was very transparent in communicating with me and was super laid back. He is a funny guy and was fun to be around. He even made sure we didn’t get rained on at all while putting us on the fish. Definitely would recommend.
