My wife and I started this guide business to be able to give back to the industry that has been so good to us. So a majority of our profits from guiding are donated back in the form of fishing trips to charities and benefits that mostly help children in some way.

It was about as much fun as a person can have with smallies. The fish were slamming from thr time we got to the spot until we left. Biggest fish were roughly 5ish pounds. Big, fst girls witj big shoulders! The smallie bite is only gojng to continue to get better. We did get one walleye and one pike.

Great group, keepers kept and good times had! We started the trip just later in the day due to the cold morning temps but the fish didnt mind. Walleyes, pike, smallies and the first largemouth bass on a midlake reef thst I have seen! A great fish fry waiting for my customers.

We started the day with smallies to get numbers. We got 24 good smallies in 3 1/2 hours. We then targeted walleyes and we got 7 eater walleyes in 45 minutes. After the customers went to lunch, we targeted largemoth and got 3 good ones before the granddaughter got sick after 45 minutes. It was a great day with great conversation and they left with nearly a gallon of fillets. I did end up with a hook I my arm early on and continued the trip.
