I’ve spent 10 years in the outdoor industry as a Turkey guide in Northeast Missouri and can spot BS and have seen a lot of BS in the industry and this man is the real deal and knows his stuff 100% squared away and wants you to catch just as bad as you want to if not more we met Captain Brett at 0530 he had drinks snacks and frozen bait on board we went and caught live bait then headed out after red snapper the bite was slow but Brett worked is butt off to find fish after catching a 4 person limit of red snapper we moved to mangoes caught them until we was ready to move onto bigger targets ended up hooking a monster shark that unfortunately broke off after a hour and 15 min which gassed all of us on the boat when the shark broke off his heart sank just as hard if not harder then ours did if your in the Pensacola area and don’t book with Brett your making a mistake would 1000% rebook with him agin left the day hot tired with an amazing experience started the day as a guided business transaction ended the day with a friend you won’t find me on a boat with anyone else

The weather was less than ideal, but Captain Bret was on top of it! Very communicative and helped us book the trip that was right for us and put us on fish. He even had tips on how to cook them! And his playlist was awesome!! The open waters can be a bit boring for non-fishers like myself, but he made it fun! Everyone had a great time. We will definitely be looking up Captain Bret the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Cpt Brett gave us a wonderful afternoon of fishing off the shores of Pensacola. We had a great time. The only disappointment was that we did’nt catch that much fish. Captain put us on some good places for Red snapper but unfortunately most of the catches were an inch short to keep. On the captains recomendation we made one h*ll of a good cevice of the snapper that we did get. As the catch wasn’t so impressive I post a picture of the cevice instead 😋

Captain Brett from BOUT TIME CHARTERS had an issue with his boat on the date we had scheduled for.  But he went out of his way to find us another boat to go on.  Matt from Miller FISHING Company came to the rescue.  Brett arranged it and kept us advised the entire time.  He even was the deckhand on the day of the trip. Caught alot of fish. Both of These Guys are awesome!!

Captain Brett, easy going, make yourself at home kinda guy, with 10+ year’s experience in the Gulf. He speaks fish; knows where they like to hang out and when we should “drop in!”  Boat is clean and plenty fast, hold’on to your hat and your seat!  Fished deep sea (100 ft or so) and used live and frozen baits…both worked well for us! Captain navigated us around an inbound storm, found the fish in tough conditions, and we had so much fun we asked for an extra hour and he “hooked” us up. Overall, great experience with my son, nephews, bro-in-law and daughters boyfriend. Memories made and plan to make Captain Brett our lifelong Sea Captain whenever we visit the gulf.
