Dakota took us out on a fishing trip today. The entire trip was awesome. From start to finish Dakota was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have been coming to the area for many years, and I wish I would not have waited to go out on this trip. We went fishing for and caught exactly what I requested. Dakota took my 12-year-old grandson, Brady, and me out for Brady’s first musky fishing trip.  Dakota patiently explained and demonstrated casting techniques and gave Brady time to practice.  Dakota also taught Brady what to look for on the fish finder.  We spotted musky in the morning, missed one mid-day and after seven hours, Brady reeled in his first musky.  He was so excited that day and the excitement continued days later.  We had an amazing day.

Got out of our comfort zone and booked a trip with Mega Muskies Guide service. We had a fantastic experience and are already planning to book again. Our group had very little experience/knowledge about musky fishing but the guide Dakota did a fantastic job with us. Top notch service and equipment. If you have any reservations about trying something new - I suggest you book a trip, you’ll probably be hooked!

We had a great time with an eight hour fishing trip with Dakota. We had no problem catching a limit of walleye in the morning, and then went out to fish for muskie. Dakota was even able to hook a big muskie and get some great pictures!

Fun trip on Lake Andrew. My family and I caught a bunch of fish of different varieties. We aren’t super experienced anglers and Dakota was patient with us (including two teenagers) and did all the work to make the outing stress free and successful.
