Was our first time river fishing, we had a blast! My husband and his friend grew up fishing but Jarrod taught them new skills they had never learned before and they loved that. Looking forward to hopefully getting to book another trip with Jarrod next spring on Lake Michigan!

The reason I put “full day” in quotations is we were back 2-3 hours before our trip was to be back. Why? BECAUSE WE LIMITED OUT! Captain Jarrod is a very knowledgeable skipper. He is a very patient, capable teacher. It has been 15 years since leaving Alaska and that series of salmon fisheries. This is the second time we have booked with Jarrod.  Bottom line is he knows what he is doing.  This charter and the last charter were filled with plenty of fish and fun.

First time fishing lake michigan and we had a great experience. Our guide was very nice and tried his best to get us on the fish. It was a tough day to fish and we still landed some good ones.
