Just to let you know, there was a strong north wind and it was very choppy where we were. If we had gone out further, Chase would’ve gotten even more sick than he was feeling. Safety is always one of my biggest concerns, so I know from my experience ,what it would’ve been like further out in the Gulf.They caught about six red snapper , 8 triggerfish and a good size grouper. I am sorry but I don’t make the regulations on what you can keep. Red snapper is out of season and the other fish have size limits. I’ve been fishing in these waters for 15 years and I felt like I did the best I could considering the conditions. We have had some hurricanes come through which have disrupted the waters as well. I do have a porta potty on the boat.It is just easier for guys to go off the side,Rather than squat down in the floor of the boat. All the men that I’ve had on the boat said they would rather just go off the side. My fault for not suggesting the Porta potty.
