Great day on the water with Brent.  First fish was in the box before all the lines were out.  Four people fishing was a little crowded (had to share a seat), but there was sufficient space.  Brent provided sodas in a cooler. Fishing was great, with fairly consistent action.  Started at 6, only a 10 minute or so ride to where he started putting out lines for trolling.  By 10 AM or so we had 7 fish in the box (maybe 4 Chinook salmon, 2 large rainbow trout, and 1 lake trout around 14 lbs).  A few shakers and a couple fish that came off.  Two nice salmon in the 17 lb range and we decided that was enough.  Brent left the lines out as he was cleaning the fish for us, and we caught another rainbow trout and another salmon, to round off the day at 11 big fish, more than I’d ever caught on a charter before.  The day before, they’d caught a 25 pounder.  We are returning home with small several coolers full of fish.  Brent was accommodating to our requests to save carcasses for smoking, heads (we cut off the collars ourselves later), and bellies. 

Weather was gorgeous.  Everything you could ask for in a fishing charter.  Thanks, Brent!

We went out on an excursion for my son’s 13th birthday. There was a bit of rain early in the morning, so captain Brent reached out and we just delayed the trip by half an hour. Communication was great. The weather cleared up and it was a nice day after that. Fishing was so much fun. My son said it was above his expectations. We came home with our limit and had lots of fun reeling them in. Especially a couple of salmon that were around 15 lb. Captain Brent is very easy going and friendly. Definitely recommend.

We have booked lots of fishing trips for my son before, but this was our most favorite ever!  We caught so many fish that we decided to end our trip early because our arms were so tired from reeling in all the fish!  Captain Brent was a great guide and my 10 year old son loved all the information he learned about fishing on this trip.  He described this day as one of his top 5 days of his life so far.  Will definitely be memories he will never forget.  Thanks captain Brent for the great trip!

This is my second trip with Captain Brent, and there is a clear reason why this is my second trip. The big wind the day before our trip has completely blown away the salmon that was supposed to be in our fishing region; Captain Brent being an experienced angler has noticed it. Every time he spots fish on the fishing finder, he rushes to the down riggers and adjusts it to the exact depth of the fish. As a result, we managed to land 9 fish, 2 kings, 1 rainbow, and 6 lake trout. This is impressive compared to the other two charters that were fishing in the same area; which only landed 1/1 and 0/0. As an angler myself, I understand that we could’ve caught more if it wasn’t the wind just like last time I was with Brent (16/40). I believe Captain Brent deserves this review for all the hard work he put into yesterday, and I will be pleased to go out for another trip next year.
