Captain Brandon and his mate kept us busy for our entire trip. It didn’t take long for us to snag our first fish once the first line was in the water. By the time we got our fish off the hook the other three lines in the water were hitting. My wife and I had a great time out on a perfect weather day and an ocean that was as flat as could be. I look forward to heading down to Carolina Beach again and fishing with Captain Brandon.

From the very first moment of the trip, everything was on point. Our very first line in the water hooked a 30lb Amberjack before we could drop a second line. This really set the pace for the day. Captain Phillips and First Mate Tyler clearly are masters of their craft. They clearly knew what was biting, where to find it today….it’s also nice to have a ship with AC in the cabin.

The crew was excellent. It was our first trip with them. We caught over 30 fish and one shark! They took especially good care of our 5-year-old and made sure he was part of the action. It was a wonderful trip for our family.
