I’ve fished all over the world and booked Stuart to target Kingfish. He had a plan, a perfectly clean and prepared boat and put me onto lots of fish. An outstanding operation recommended to all.

Only spent 20-30 minutes of the three hour trip actually fishing and only two rods for three boys. Lots of time spent travelling from a to b and perhaps with more consultation and discussion we could have gotten closer to the experience we were aiming for. It felt like a boat ride not a fishing experience.  I know the captain cannot control conditions and I have no issue with the fact no fish were caught - but we weren’t offered the squid or live bait catching nor any snacks and drinks (I had brought my own) and I don’t think the boys learned much about fishing. I appreciated being left at a different drop off point at the end which was logistically helpful - I had flagged this as a request at the beginning and understood it might not be able to be accommodated but was grateful it was. Overall not what I was hoping for.
