Captain Michael took my entire family and me (3 young kids and an elderly parent) on a 6-hour adventure.  From his flexibility in taking us out on a day with better conditions, to his time and patience with the kids, to the literal buckets of fish we caught (and he gutted and cleaned for us), he could not have asked for a better day on the Rappahannock.  We hope to be back for rockfish season in the fall.

We are so happy we chose to charter with Captain Mike! He was very knowledgeable of where to fish, very tentative, kind, and patient with our kids. They caught so many while bottom fishing, and Captain Mike was at their side every second, baiting and helping bring them in. Like we were out fishing with a family member. We are already in conversation with our Capt about planning our next fishing trip. Highly recommend!

Captain Michael was very thoughtful and patient with my 6 year old nephew. He even scaled and gutted our fish rather than filet, which was fairly tedious with many smaller bottom fish. We really appreciated his flexibility. I would recommend him highly for younger kids still learning.

Captain Mike was so awesome. We just got on the boat, relax, did lots of fishing and caught lots of fish. Captain Mike changed all of our bait and took the fish off. He cleaned them in 95 degree weather.  Thank you so much for a wonderful day.. We will definitely be back.
