Sorry you did not enjoy yourself Paul , you booked a 3 hour trip. I gave you a little extra time. We caught fish and sent you home with fish for dinner. Some people I just can’t please no matter how hard I try.

Sorry you had a bad experience Mr. Carlson. Starting with your last point first and work back.  Everyone else in your family listened to my instruction by stepping on the towels that were laid out on the dock, the gunnel, and the console and entered the boat safely and properly per my instruction. You however jumped from the dock straight on to the boat which is about a 2 and a 1/2 foot drop. I told you not to do that because it’s dangerous and you can lose your footing and hurt yourself.  As far as eating or drinking the captains food/drink ,if you didn’t bring it you’re not entitled to it and as an adult you should know that by now. I provide you with ice and waters.  This is the same ice that you used to chill 9 beers with that you promptly started drinking at 8:47 in the morning.  It is also important for you to understand the fishing techniques that we are implementing so to hook and land fish so you can have fish to bring home. If you thought that I was talking too much it was merely because I was trying to keep the mood up beat between your constant badgering of your wife and children telling them everything they were doing wrong throughout the whole trip. She even apologized for your behavior on several different occasions and on the way back to the dock Insisted to drive home because you were too drunk. Regardless, we still caught a full limit of fish plus a couple extra bonus fish that I was able to clean and package in ice for you.  I still wish you and your family the best but blease feel free in the future to book with another captain as I do not fish or put up with clients that have drinking problems.
