Booked 6 hr trip for family of 5. Picked this trip because the boat has a/c cabin as my wife wasn’t fishing and she couldn’t handle the heat for 6 hours. We arrived there was multiple boats and we didn’t go with the captain I had been speaking to about our trip but he did give us the rules and took the money. “No change to give” We left the dock about 15 minutes into the trip I ask the first mate if we could turn the a/c on he said the air doesn’t work on this boat. We’re sorry you feel that way, snacks are included in our 8+ hour trips. We’ve been providing fishing charters for many years and have always been very honest about our work and boats, our more than 130+ 5 star reviews speak for themselves otherwise we wouldn’t be one of most booked boats/charters in the area, we always aim to provide a great experience for all our passengers but unfortunately there are things that are not in our control, the boat’s A/C broke down the day prior to your trip and we weren’t able to fix it on time as it’s no simple task.

Furthermore, I replied to your message at 1:37pm as shown in the picture attached not until the night after as you claim.

We booked bottom fishing. They were not set up for that and said they were not informed. The was a list of all that would be provided including snacks. There were none and they claimed for such a short trip it was not customary. They did not have bait and spent an important part of the short trip looking for that
