I had another incredible trip with Captain Cesar and Andres! He is truly the best offshore captain I have ever fished with. We caught two sailfish! The fish of a lifetime. One was 81 inches and I am having it mounted.

And also caught 4, 20 pound Bonito’s and he made the amazing ceviche on board. My arms were already so tired but then we stopped on the way back and caught 3 nice Barracuda.

He is very helpful and a true master of his craft. This is my second trip with them and will not be the last. I cannot recommend him and Guapo Boat charters strongly enough!

Hands down, the best experience we’ve had in over a decade of fishing. The crew was the most professional and experienced we’ve ever fished with they operated like clockwork, anticipating every need. Despite rough conditions with high winds and waves, the captain and mate stayed totally competent and kept us safe. Such was their confidence that we even caught live bait on the same day (that’s a huge sign they know exactly where and what to target). Had all the gear, food, drinks, seasick meds, and stuff to make fresh ceviche. The fishing was unreal: we hooked 8 barracudas and a snapper in just about 2 hours! Sadly, one passenger got extremely seasick, so we headed back early. Even so, this is honestly the best value fishing trip in the area for the price, highly recommend! Everything very professional and spoke English and Spanish very well.

the crew were super accommodating, going above and beyond to make this an awesome and memorable trip!  the sea was rough but they constantly checked in with us to make sure evertone was ok before moving on to another spot.  They know the best spots to find the big fish and they did not disappoint!!  10/10 I would recommend this crew if you want a knowledgeable, experienced crew and make the best memories!  the ceviche they prepared was amazing too!  I’ve never tasted something so fresh and delicious 😋  these guys know what they’re doing!  would book this again in a heartbeat!

Captain Cesar and first mate Andres were the best!!  They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun!!  Captain Cesar made sure we had the opportunity to fish for everything we were hoping to find.  He went out of his way to make sure we didn’t just come home with 1 big fish, he made sure we caught several!!  Barracuda, tuna, queen trigger fish, red snapper and even a Wahoo!!!  We could not be happier!!  If you are fishing in Cancun, this is the only boat/captain/ first mate you need!!  Book with Guapo! Captain Cesar and Andres won’t let you down!!!

Great experience for 13yr old son & I.  Captain Cesar went out of his way to reschedule us due to inclement weather, help us navigate to the dock and make the entire experience great.  We started with batefish, went deep & were fortunate to catch a 44” Wahoo.  After 3 hours looking for Sailfish, Cesar tool us to his hot spot.  At the hotspot we caught 9 Barracuda, one measuring again at 44”.  1st mate Andres was fantastic, he was on point all day.  They provided water, soda and beer.  Cesar & Andres became Familia, they can count on our business. 
The boat was great for my son or with the guys.  With a larger crew I’d go with a bigger boat with more amenities with Cesar as captain.
