We had booked an afternoon 4 trip with this charter. Cpt Kev called the night before to discuss items. He asked if we could meet in the morning as fishing was slower in the PM and we agreed. He sent location info which was very easy to find. The Cpt and deck mate Joe had fresh bait ready, loaded my wife and I up about 15” early and headed out to their spots. We discussed about keeping any fish which we wanted some to eat ourselves. Almost immediately it was non stop action on white trout with a few other species caught at times. After about 3 hrs Cpt Kev headed us out to a large bay to try for Spanish mackerel, they didn’t cooperate but the white trout kept us entertained for the next hour. The crew was great about taking the fish off and getting us rebaited for more action. The crew cleaned and bagged up all the fish we wanted. We cooked some that evening in our lodging and found they are a wonderful white fish to eat. While fishing the Cpt was very informative on his background and experience with his fishing trips. WE HAD A BLAST!! Our family traveled to Gulf Shores AL all the way from Missouri looking for a great beach experience and some fishing 🎣 we would never forget. From the moment we walked from the car we were met by the deck hand, who carried our cooler and helped us all in the boat. We tried a few spots due to some weather and we found quite the spot! We caught over 100 fish and everyone was catching. They made sure we always had bait on and helped us take fish off. They were kind and patient and always made sure we were catching fish. This is a trip our family will remember forever.

First charter trip ever, first salt water fishing and Capt.Kevin and Joe delivered what I asked for. I hadn’t fished with my daughter in so many years that I can’t remember so I wanted her to catch some fish, if I caught any it was a bonus. We were on fish from the start and I was down 7-0 early, we caught fish at each stop with a cooling ride in between and lost track of total numbers. At the end of our trip we were in the neighborhood of 50 with a nice bag of fish to take home with Dad knowing he had been beat by master fisherwoman Katie. Thanks to Kevin and Joe for the memory, I would definitely hit them up if I am back in the area!

We came to gulf shores for a birthday get away. I decided to book a charter fishing trip to celebrate. I booked with capt Kevin of Seeley charters and he did not disappoint. Capt kev asked and listened to our desires for our trip and came through. We (my wife and I) wanted to catch fish and just have a good time….. and bring back dinner. Capt kev provided the knowledge and equipment to provide just that. We were on fish all day. First half we targeted redfish and black drums. Had a blast. Kevin and Joe kept us in the action baiting and swapping out rods after catches. They shared their knowledge and experience to insure we knew what and where to fish.  Can’t count it but had a black drums to the boat that broke 50lb braid huge fish!!!
  Second half of the day we headed out and targeted trout. Trout were slow till about the end of our trip. But the catfish and croakers kept us busy. We hit some trout at the end.
Kevin and Joe took out a guy and his wife, neither of us have much salt water fishing experience and provided knowledge and patience to give us a great experience on the water. I can’t say enough or thank them enough!! I can’t wait to try out the recipe and grill up these drums!!
