- Bajamar is a small family business. My name is Emmanuel Davis and my wife Claudia Gerardo started a small restaurant in Loreto. This led us to meet many people who were interested in fishing and island tours. My family has been fishermen all their lives, so we started Bajamar as an extra service for the restaurant and also to provide work for local captains, as well as the people who wash the pangas and fillet the fish. As part of the service, the restaurant cooks your catch for you.
