Weather started out with some drizzle but cleared up halfway thru.  Fish weren’t biting but we did get into some few licks and brought one in a nice lake trout. The morning was actually beautiful and not windy at all.  Overall we had a great time even though we didn’t hook more fish, that’s fishing but I would Highly recommended Alonzo he got a great boat, tackle and a great attitude with years of fishing knowledge and expertise. Thank you!

They met us early at the dock before our 1200 departure with a very clean boat and welcoming demeanor. The captain took us straight to the meat while the first mate set up poles and explained the best ways to reel in on the trout. We enjoyed great conversation and many laughs with them as we ventured out and got ready to fish. The FM Tucker helped us every step of the way in reeling in our catches and creating awesome family memories. He was very beginner-friendly and was patient as we learned how to angle the rods and reel in the fish. We were able to max out our trout catches well before 4 hours because he kept us right in the meat. Feeling their love of fishing and genuine excitement created such a fun, memorable experience. They did an excellent job cleaning the fish afterward as well. We are so appreciative and look forward to booking again soon!

We had an outstanding trip with Capt Alonzo and Tucker.  Boat and equipment were top notch, but Capt Alonzo and Tucker absolutely were outstanding.  We caught more fish than we could keep count of, including a steelhead and a prehistorically giant lake trout.  But you can’t always count on hungry fish. Really notable was the crew. Both were extremely knowledgeable, having fished and guided here for their entire lives. And they were so great with my 6 yo son. They were kind, helpful, educational, and encouraging without being patronizing or scolding - just as hands on as they needed to be while still letting him do the work.  My son had an amazing time, as we all did.  HIGHLY recommend and definitely will return.
