Captain Todd likes to use a variety of tactics to suit current conditions. Live shrimp, artificial shrimp, scaled sardines, cut bait, crabs, hard lures, soft plastic lures, and other techniques may be used depending on the targeted species, the anglers skill level, and the environmental conditions of the day.
