I was curious how good a three-quarter day halibut boat would be since Berger,’s can’t be choosy since our earlier trip got canceled due to weather. Well, the mission was accomplished, and as expected, the fish were not that big maybe 10 to 20 pounds. But if the goal is just to get Halibut then mission accomplished. If the goal is to get large, Halibut, our plan a full day much much more in advance.

We had a fantastic trip! Capital Shawn and Fiirst Mate Justice were outstanding! We couldn’t have asked for anything better, sea otters,Orcas! We even saw a grey whale. Kind , courteous attentive and down to earth! Highly recommend!!! Nicely done guys!!! We will be back!!! Jake and Aara Schuman

Everything was well done - crew was knowledgeable, kind and helpful.  They were focused on delivering a great experience.  As a family of novices we caught fish - the trip was a success and I would recommend this captain and boat!

Had a good time fishing with Shawn, caught our limit of halibut and learned a lot about the fishing, he’s very passionate about fishing and making sure his clients have fun and learn how to fish. We will be back.

Captain was easy to reach and willing to answer questions. Father and son crew that took good care of our group of 6 adults and kids. Got us on fish right away and got our Halibut limit.
