- Captain Alex Zelinko has been fishing on Lake Erie for the better part of 25 years. Growing up, he was always out fishing with his family and good friend John. His grandfather owns a fishing marina in the western basin of Lake Erie, So he spent a lot of time around boats as a young man. Capt. Alex also likes to tournament fish and sponsors the kids division in the annual Walleye Slam & Fall Brawl Tournament!
- Techniques
- My most preferred style of fishing is trolling! Its fun to get out and jig in the spring or drift but I think trolling takes another skill level.. Locating the fish and getting baits to the right depth to target the bigger fish is always fun!
