We try are best to put everyone on fish, some days it can be hard to find fish especially with only 3 hours to do so,  better luck next time.

Although, I don’t know everything about fishing, we take clients 6 to7 days a week and take our kids fishing on our days off, we spend more time on the water then anybody I know. We had live shrimp, all the tackle, and picked up close to where we were fishing, did not want to cross the bay in the dark, our boat slip is about 10 miles from there. Red snapper is in season, so we have not fished in the bay about a month. Your family caught several keeper fish and other fish, we can’t control the weather or what fish are biting.

Sorry you were disappointed, all rods were ready we use quick connects so we don’t get stuck with hooks while moving them and remove weight so the reels don’t get beaten
Read descriptions it clearly says provide live bait when available, ,had plenty of cut bait on board squid,Boston mackerel, 3 bags of strip false albacore, and ballyhoo,  and let you try to jig bait , thank you
