Captain Jim and 1st Mate Sean did a great job of putting us on fish. They spent the entire day scouting for birds with binoculars to find the schools of Mahi Mahi. We caught limits and had a great time. My 7 year old son caught his first solo Mahi and many more after that, said it was the best trip of his life. Captain Jim and Sean did an amazing job with our trip. We caught tons of fish. Both were very friendly and gave awesome recommendations on where to take our fish to get them prepared. The boat was very clean and in order. Sean was on top of getting bait back in the water and making the whole process run very smoothly. Overall excellent trip and crew and would recommend to anyone that’s wanting to have an amazing fishing trip in key Largo.

Had a great trip with Captain Jim together with my 16 year old son. Kite fished for blackfin tuna and sailfish. We’d done plenty of fishing before both inshore and offshore but this was the first time we tried kite fishing - very interesting, got to cover a lot of ground from one boat. It was a quiet date for sailfish that day (not for lack of trying by Captain Jim) but we caught a beautiful blackfin tuna - Capt Jim said the biggest he’d seen for a while. Made for an excellent... Captain Jim is on the water almost every day. He told us the Mahi bite was great the week before but had really slowed. Because of this he focused on other species and really came through for us. Thanks Captain

We are inexperienced with ocean side fishing and Jim and Shawn were great. Jim found the fish and Shawn landed them for us. They also gave us great coaching and tips with the fishing. We were well within our limits but we caught plenty of fish. Highly recommend Fins & Feathers!
