- Hi! I'm Captain Charlie Blish. Being a 10 year military veteran, I’m one of those guys that needs to keep busy, so being outdoors and enjoying those types of activities have always appealed to me. As a child I have very fond memories of going fishing with my uncle and having him teach me the craft. It really didn't matter what type of fishing or what fish we were after, I always knew that it would be fun, whether we caught fish or not. That is a testament to him and how he would make every trip an adventure. This is my main goal, make every trip we take an adventure. I believe that if we are having fun, the fish will come. We absolutely love having children on board. There are few things better than to see a child's eyes light up once they get a fish that is almost pulling the rod out of their hands. We take pride in our family values, and believe this is key to our future. My uncle did it for me, I would be honored if you would let me help you do it for your children.
- Techniques
- I love all styles of fishing, but since we are fishing Lake Michigan and need to cover as much water as possible, we troll. Trolling is a great way to cover ground and gives an opportunity to get to know everyone on the boat.
