- Capt. Allen is experienced in navigating the waters of Apalachicola, Florida where he’s lived his entire life, and is ready to take you out on the bay where he grew up. Join them on a senic fishing adventure where you might reel in Spotted Seatrout(Speckled Trout) Red Drum(Redfish) and Flounder. The only way to know is to throw. “Eveything I’ve ever had came from this bay one way or another, so to be able to take others out and show off our bay while fishing is 100% the best job on earth.”
- Techniques
- We mostly live bait fish on the bottom using shrimp, finger mullet and pogies with 2500-4000 spinning reels. When fishing for Triple Tail and when on shallow flats we like to throw popping corks. Im a big fan if the Four Horesman popping cork myself. If you like to fish artificial lures I’ve got that covered also. My favorite is a 3” mulligan paddle tail from the boys down at salt strong near Tampa. Pair that with the owner 3/0 twist lock hooks and you’ll have the combo that catches everything.
