- I grew up in Gulf Shores, live on Mobile Bay, am 65 years old and I love to catch fish. Both my father and father-in-law owned and operated bait & tackle shops in Gulf Shores and recreational fishing became a passion for me early in life. I really enjoy the competitive nature of tournament fishing and participants on my boat have placed or won several local events. I carry that “gotta catch fish” attitude with me on charters and work hard for my guests to catch fish. I cater to guests from those with little or no fishing experience to the very skilled, and all ages are welcome. Nothing is more satisfying than to watch youngsters catch fish and hold them proudly for photos. I take pride in helping families to have memories that will last lifetimes.
- Techniques
- Spring and summer, we fish mainly in lower Mobile Bay, Bon Secour Bay and nearshore off Ft. Morgan using live and artificial bait on light tackle. Fall and winter you will find us in the Magnolia River & Weeks Bay, throwing mostly artificial bait on really light tackle.
