We had an absolutely amazing time last week with Justy Joe Charters on Lake George! Our captain for the day was Captain Joe, and from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience.

We caught plenty of lake trout, thanks to Joe’s expert knowledge of the lake and deep water fishing techniques. He knew exactly where to go, constantly adjusting our course to keep us in the action. It was clear that he not only knows the sport inside and out but also genuinely enjoys sharing it with others.

Beyond fishing, we learned so much about the history of the lake, the ecosystem, and the techniques involved in deep lake fishing. Joe’s personality is a huge part of what made the trip so special—he’s warm, funny, and engaging, and he made sure everyone was having a blast, even during our brief rain delay (which honestly just added to the adventure!).

Whether you’re an experienced angler or brand new to fishing, we can’t recommend Justy Joe Charters highly enough. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the beauty of Lake George and create lasting memories. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible day on the water! Joe was so friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly a true fisherman at heart. He made the entire trip, fun, relaxing, and memorable. We ended up catching 11 huge, beautiful fish— it was more than we could have hoped for. Joe went above and beyond to help us create and capture lasting memories. We are already planning to go again next summer. Highly recommended!

Knew where to take us to find fish. Nice smooth reels and good casting poles. Cleaned fish and recommend a restaurant a mile away that would cook them up. We plan on being back in February and going again.

We set out on a cold rainy day with Captain Steve, he was very welcoming shared a lot of stories/history of the area, and was ready to go when the fish started biting. It wasn’t the greatest day of fishing, but still an awesome time all around. We will definitely be back again, and I’m sure the other crews are great, but Steve went above and beyond to show us a great time on Lake George.
