Background: My dad got me into fishing and boating when I was a little boy and I've been hooked ever since. I've spent a lot of time on the water because that's what I love. It's a true passion of mine, and wouldn't trade it for the world. I love taking kids or beginners out for the first time, seeing them catch their first fish. I love seeing the smiles on people's faces when they catch a new species they've never caught before. To me, that's really what it's all about!
Techniques: We specialize in light tackle fishing for Snook, Redfish, Trout, Tarpon, and more. The Boat has 2 live wells so we have plenty of bait for the whole day.

Plenty of trout and redfish have been biting. Snook season just ended but always fun to fight, tarpon are also around and chewing too.

I’ve chartered a few times in different parts of FL, and being as I’m a single mom and my son is 12 we sometimes get treated a little different than a man bringing his son. This couldn’t be further from the case with Captain Kirby. He was kind, excited, patient with the thousands of questions, and extremely helpful. It felt like we were fishing with an old friend. Captain Alex was great. My son & I had a great time. He got us on the fish. Caught a few snook nice size but had to release. We caught snapper. As the day went on the water got warm and the bites slowed down. He then took us to his secret spot and we ended up catching trout and got a few keepers. Would highly recommend Alex and would go out with him again.

We had a great time on this charter. Alex was very knowledgeable about every aspect of fishing and the area. We caught a lot of fish, and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
