my wife booked my dad and I a trip for Fathers day. Dave was super knowledgeable and even my dad learned a few things while we were out there. We didn’t catch much, but still had some action. Definitely recommend Dave if you want to fish Lake Guntersville.

The Captain was very knowledgeable about where all of the hot spots were on the Lake. Awesome conversations and great fishing tips that improved our chances of landing the Big Ones!!!  You can make long lasting memories with this Captain!!!!!

Dave is a fantastic guide and really works to get you on the fish.  He will help you in your technique to try to bring in the big one. We would go out with him again.

Our Captain took great care of us. We caught over 15 fish, a few which went 6+.  You could tell he had spent time preparing for not just putting us on fish but thinking of presentations we could execute.  He managed the boat well, even in Gusty winds He adapted to the conditions well and his boat and tackle were new and well maintained.  I learned about patterning the lake so I will be more successful when I take my son out on our own. I’d gladly use Steady fishing again.

Fish were in transition but able to find a few areas and landed quite a few bass. Worked hard for the bite but good results for the day
