I apologize your experience was not what you were looking for. Our main goal is to ensure you all have a great time and to ensure our customers catch fish. The type of fishing chosen was shallow water fishing; which is very hands on casting and reeling with light tackle. Fishing the shallow water ways we generally want the bait to float naturally which is why we use the popping corks to ensure we maximize your fishing experience. 10 fish is not a great day for catching but a decent day given the time of year for the hot water temperatures and I am very sorry, I unfortunately cannot control the size of the fish caught. I apologize that the fishing style for the day was not what you expected. During the summer time with the sharks and trophy reddrum the captain normally does the baiting and casting as the weights can be heavy throwing especially on those heavy tackle rods. Customers that like to learn and help experience it all are more than welcome, I wish you would have let the captain know so he could have allowed you to help. I apologize for that. I will discuss with the guys so they can offer to customers as well. Thank you for the feedback and hope to have you again so we can give you a better experience.

I apologize you did not enjoy your experience, I was truly not made aware that you did not have a good time. I would be more than happy to work something out with you regarding the balance paid. I always ask the captain when processing the card over the phone if the customer would like to add a tip, so that was my fault, and at that time I wish you would have mentioned to me the unhappiness of your time.

As for the fishing, unfortunately it is fishing and we cannot guarantee a bite, but do work hard to ensure our customers have a good time. We did have a solid full day of rain Wednesday the day before so based on the tides inshore Creek fishing would have been most likely a skunked day, therefore the captain which was Justin, tried to make the best judgement for the best bite opportunity. Our harbor fishing for bullreds and sharks is still an inshore trip within land, so I apologize if there was confusion on types of fishing.
