Met Carlos at the marina, purchased our licenses and then departed the dock for gas and bait. Carlos was quiet at first but as he performed he became more talkative. We crushed it because of Carlos!! Hard to beat the day we had…1 Dorado, 2 Yellow Tail, 6 White Bonita and….A Striped Marlin!!! The guy knows what he’s doing and works hard for you! I will 1000% fish And with him again. I was here 6 months ago with a group of 8 and we paid 3x more and caught zero fish. Major redemption with Carlos. Those 7 guys that weren’t here this time are very jealous and mad! It was our first time fishing in Cabo & I must say, Captain Carlos did not disappoint. My husband wanted a roosterfish, so Captain Carlos took us to a spot where there might be some, but since it’s not roosterfish season, chances were pretty slim to find one. We were lucky enough to be able to catch 2, within the first hour & then caught about 100+lb sailfish right after. He was very knowledgeable & spoke English very well.
