Dejar Lynn, I hope you are enjoing your time in Costa Rica, that is rigth Costa Rica I dont know if you haven’t realize yet but our main leaguge is Sapnish, we try our best to speak your leaguge, we have a small bathroom (if you don’t like it is nothing I can do)

Sinze your make reservation day 1,  I toll you that we are 1 and 30 minutes from your location and you call me just 2 hours before saying that the hotel transportation was to expensive for you,  So I was so nice to give you the option to pick you up just for extra 100$ because the gasoline is very very expensive

Is so hard for us to make everyone happy that part of life and specially this type of company

Why you are not mentioned that you catch over 8 Fish? And the fishing actually was nice

You paid from 1pm to 6 pm so we stay the 5 hours and arrived back to the marina at night

So any way have a good one and I hope next time you enjoy your vacation and look more the positive that the negative

Dear Dean, Thank you for your “review”

So let me start with this…

The trip you booked which was a 3/4 day fishing trip (7 hours) has a cost of 600$ total, not 700$ so…

I will be more than happy to give you back your 60$ tip since you seem to regret it.

If you choose to go with your small 3 daughters and wife on a windy day (25 knots), It is my responsability to make the call as a captain, with over 15 years of experience, to stay inshore on calms waters so they can be safe and enjoy the ride.

I noticed you forgot to mention about the FREE pick up and drop off that I offer?
Also, How clean the boat was.
And we Fish around the catalinas island 6 miles not 2 miles ....

We also gave you a casting Rod to try to fish, to change it up a knotch, you didn’t catch anything but tried a variation for you to enjoy the trip.

So, just to inform you we never had a bad day, the boat and the crew never had a bad attitude and we were always enjoying the fishing because we really love what we do, ALOT!

We do however have a very small % of clients that are very unhappy because they drink alot of alcohol and are very hard to satisfy.

But anyways, I will keep the smiles of the pictures from your daughters and wife.  Because in the end, this is why we do this, to see smiles like these, on faces of our clients.

Since fishing booker doesnt offer the option for us to review clients, I would not recommend you to any of the fishing companys in our area.
