Matthew was an amazing captain. He put us right on top of the fish in no time.  There were a hundred boats on the water and I don’t think any of them had the action we did.  His knowledge of the area led us to catching our limit in what felt like no time at all.  Can’t recommend highly enough.

Matt had us depart early to access a more productive area. Within ten minutes we had a keeper onboard. Over the next few hours we caught six with three legal fish to take home. The ones we had to turn back were massive blackmouths…the disappointing part was not being able to keep the wild fish. A lifelong memory for my Grandsons that will remain as one of the best! Thanks Matt! Loved the trip.

This was the first saltwater fishing trip for my daughter and 18-year-old grandson. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We caught our limit of salmon. Matt was wonderful! He was patient, kind, helpful without being overbearing, focused on safety, and very pleasant. I have scheduled another trip with him in August for my cousin and me. I strongly recommend this charter to everyone.

We had a great trip with Matt! He made sure we had everything we needed and his equipment was top notch. We caught one coho that we brought home for dinner, and a few Kings that we had to throw back. But they were really fun to reel in! It was such a nice day on the water, we were all just happy to be out there. Matt’s a great guide and I recommend to everyone.

This was our first time fishing out of Brownsville. It is link cod season and Matt took us to Whidbey Island to fish. His equipment was excellent. His manner was great and we caught our limit. My 90 year-old mother caught the biggest fish which was above the slot limit and we had to put it back. It was a very pleasant trip and we will definitely go with Matt again
