We just finished our charter with Captain John and could not wait to write a review!  He is a true professional and certainly a skilled captain.  Between catching the bait fish mackerel (which was also so much fun) to landing some huge stripers, every moment was filled with excitement!  We would highly recommend him to new and seasoned fisherman.  He took great care to make sure we had a successful and safe charter.  Worth every penny!!

The fishing trip was awesome.  It was great seeing two of the group catch their first fish ever. Captain John did a great job helping everyone out.  We all caught fish, some got 4 fish.  We were able to keep one that Captain John cleaned for us.  The sights and wildlife were also awesome all day long.  I highly recommend Captain John.  If I had to find something that needed to change I guess it would be finding the boat launch area.  We had had a little problem, but locals were very helpful. ... John is an excellent guide.  He put us on keeper stripers for the entire trip.  We left them biting! John explains everything very well and he is a fun, engaging captain.  He tries very hard to deliver a great trip in every way.  No question, I would fish with him again. 

Captain John is an excellent fisherman.  His knowledge and experience is evident.  I’ve been on three other striped bass fishing trips and have never caught one. I caught 6 fish. My brother caught 4.  I would definitely book the trip again.

Captain was a great guy. Even if we didn’t catch anything I couldn’t say he wasn’t trying.. But we did catch some nice ones. Plus we caught the bait which was cool too. Would 100% come back again.
