3/4 Day Trip – Scalloping Charter

We had a slow day finding scallops which I don’t fault the captain for as many of us don’t have much experience. The captain was however very grouchy and snipped at my kids more than once. For this reason I personally wouldn’t ever book with him again, there is absolutely no reason to have an attitude when you are providing a service. None of my crew was ever unkind to him, but boy he sure got snippy about how to put on flippers. Also, there was an undisclosed $50 fuel surcharge... Meer

There’s not too much I can say because of the fact that you said you won’t book with me again. But I tried to explain many times how to use the equipment but after breaking a mask and two sets of flippers I was kind of at the end of my rope with that. Equipment’s not cheap and I know that they do get used but there’s no excuse for not following directions. I’ve also gotten many very good comments on how I am with children. So maybe they were out of line wouldn’t you think? Meer

With all that being said I apologize about your bad trip. I hope you can find another captain that will do a better job.
