Our experience with Carrisma was excellent! While they call it fishing Captain Kenny and Brandon did put us on fish even when TV Captains came up empty on that day, The boat was very comfortable for 6 people with kitchen and a big screen in the main room. Captain Kenny was personable and answered any question that we had for him (and I know he must answer them a hundred times a year). First Mate Brandon was a great guy. Hard worker and was Johnny on the spot when needed. I can’t express just how great the crew was on this boat. On a day when many boats came up empty we at least came home with 4 tuna, a ton of good memories and new friends. You’d be a fool not to book with them and we will be back for the Tile fish in April or May.

After a morning with limited success, captain Kenny made the selfless decision to drive miles further away to where the biting was hot. Thanks to the skilled hands of Chip and Gerald, we started pulling in the yellowfins and mahi-mahi, one after the other, with multiple poles hooking simultaneously. It was an adrenaline rush! The afternoon ended with us landing a white Marlin, with the whole crew roaring in delight. With cigars in our mouths, drinks in hand, and boat filled with fish, we swapped fishing stories for the whole ride home. It was a day that will forever be stamped in our memories. Kenny and Chip were great guys and made you feel welcome. Kenny would let you come up with him while driving the boat which most captains won’t do. Look, just book this boat already. We weren’t even supposed to get Mahi and tuna but Kenny knew I wanted a Mahi, and he could tell the water was right so we went trolling and bam! 3 Mahi, and the tile fish are amazing eating!! It was my fourth fishing trip and my first time with Kenny and it was the best one I’ve had by far!! 150lbs of fish in the freezer!

Boat was very well kept , clean, and in great condition. Equipment and rigging were in excellent shape. Chip the first mate and Kenny both worked flawlessly together. Great attitudes and wonderful fellas. Most importantly to me they knew when and where to be. Great fisherman who put us on piles of fish. I’ve fished many charters and these guys are pros. Captain Kenny includes you in the process for the fish you are after or the best choices for being successful. That is rare among captains. I highly recommend this boat to anyone.

Great boat and team! Never a dull moment. We went out in some moving water bumps and as soon as the rods were in the water, got our first hit and got the larger Albacore in the boat. After that it was a steady flow of kingfish. The mate, Brandon, worked his butt off for us all day. We had multiple double line hits. Would def go with this boat crew again.
