Tracy, I, too was disappointed in the results of our fishing trip. However, I feel I went above and beyond to try to provide you with a comfortable, safe and pleasant experience. Aborting the offshore trip because of weather and lack of bait was what i thought the best thing to do. I cannot control the weather or the availability of live bait. To completely change games, unloading offshore tackle/bait and loading inshore tackle and bait in an effort to catch you fish is something no other guide would do. I tried my best. My efforts were obviously not recognized or appreciated. I was unaware of your displeasure with the trip. Had you discussed it with me, I would have gladly worked something out on the fee. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity. If you see all my other reviews, you will see that I have an excellent reputation with many happy clients. Your review is a blackspot on an otherwise stellar review history. You are fully entitled to be disappointed—I was disappointed, too. I just wish I’d gotten some recognition for my commitment, effort and enthusiasm. Be well.
