Hello, thanks for coming out. I do question your reasoning behind the negative review (numbers).

I knew from the first 20 plus text messages this would be one of my very few “tough trips” I’ve had over the years. The trip was booked as an afternoon 4hr trip, and booked last minute. The special requests included fishing for many fish, lobstering, paddle boarding, dolphin viewing, snorkeling, visit sandbars, explore the mangroves, and watch the sunset. I explained that we typically have time for two, maybe three of these things on a half day 4hr, trip.

Against my better judgment, I agreed to do my best to make a Christmas miracle. After catching a number of good sized snapper, by the grace of God, we were able to complete all of the other requests activities except catching lobster (not as easy as it looks on YouTube).

I truly believe that after looking thru 10+ years of photos and videos there was an unrealistic expectation of the trip. I can not control the color shades of the water, the tides, the wind, or that 10 years of photos can’t be replicated on a 4hr trip.

I’m happy that despite the 20 mph winds, you and your kids caught snapper, snorkeled two locations, saw (lots of) dolphins, paddleboarded, and visited the mangrove islands/ sandbars.
