Brad has been fishing Colorado's waters for 40+ years and has been working in the fishing industry for over 30 years. Starting in 1989 he worked for In-Fisherman at Camp Fish and was hired in '94 by Colorado Parks & Wildlife to help start their angler education programs. Teaching people about fishing is a true passion. He's competitively fished Walleye tournaments, with 12 top 10 finishes in the past 4 years, and is a 2-time Colorado Walleye Association Team of the Year member '16 & '18. He's also a regular contributor to the Terry Wickstrom Outdoors radio show.

Got up at 1:30 am, hopped a flight from MN to CO at 6 and as on the lake by 11. Wanted to check on the bite after being gone a week. Dedation to provide the best trips for my clients. Bite is good for walleye and should stay that way for the rest of August. Good numbers with a chance at a trophy of a lifetime.

The wiper action is getting really hot at Jackson. Caught over 40 fish in 5 hours - lots of doubles. This bite should be continuing for the remainder of August. Both trolling and chasing shad boils are good ways to catch them right now. Top water action on shad boils is one of the most exciting ways to catch fish.
