Wonderful trip catching my first Tarpon and Snook on fly! He was patient and helped me fix some problems with my casting! Such a great experience and would highly recommend booking a trip with Captain Rich Hasting. Will definitely book with him again next year when I visit the Florida Keys!

Rich was wonderful. I had booked two other charters with different captains and neither would respond to me and both canceled at the last second. Rich communicated with me pretty much immediately. He was kind and I felt as if he truly understood how important this trip was for us. We didn’t have as much luck with big fish as we would have liked but he kept trying different spots and that’s all I could’ve asked for. Captain Rich was an absolutely amazing Chara captain. I caught the largest fish my life 130 pound tarpon. Bought it for 45 minutes almost until after dark. This guy really knows how to put you on the big fish! Captain riches boat is extremely nice his equipment is very well-maintained! Not only is Captain Rich friendly but also willing to teach you technique to improve your fishing skills. I highly recommend captain Hastings!

I highly recommend Rich and will be using him again when we come back to the keys. He’s very patient and taught us salt water noobs a ton about tarpon fishing down here. He has ton of knowledge and worked his butt off to get us on fish.
