- "I run offshore trips off the West Coast of Florida, so the main type of fishing we do is bottom fishing. When bottom fishing, you are mainly going after Grouper, Snapper, and Amberjack, and we do that year-round. In the fall and spring, we target mostly pelagic fish, such as Kingfish, Cobia, and Tuna." –Capt. Dustin Lambert
