Captain James Fisher has been fishing for more than 40 year years. He’s privileged to be the owner of Fishers Island Adventures, running out of beautiful Vancouver Island, BC. At a young age, he learned that patience and passion are required for a serious commitment to fishing. Along the way, he also discovered that it’s a hell of a lot of fun! He’s been fortunate enough to fish on every continent and share his passion with people all over the world. Sustainability is a big deal for Capt. James too. While it’s fun to catch big fish, he also strongly believes in the importance of preserving the fishery for future generations.
Techniques
We are a Vancouver Island based, year round fishing charter company. Experience the thrill seeing our local eagles and seals in their undisturbed habitat, the exhiliration of landing a pacific salmon or just touring our coastline. We are all about fishing, outdoor adventure tours, travelling and exploring Vancouver Island’s magnificent scenery, natural beauty and wildlife.
