Unfortunately, the trip was not a success. The boat broke down, 4 fish were caught by a party of 6. The captain blamed the breakdown of the boat on the weight of the passengers. He allowed us to book a party of 6 and should have known if we were too many. We ended up paying 1/2 price which was still too much for the experience. He should have refunded the money and/or tried to book another trip. It was a very poor experience.

Could’ve caught these 5 minnows from my hotel balcony. Total waste of time and money.

I booked an inshore fishing trip to show up and the captain tried to run offshore and then when I asked about inshore fishing which is what I booked the captain said we can try. We drove around looking for bait for an hour and then the captain took my wife and I back to the dock and said he would have my deposit refunded but that hasn’t happened

The guide smoked without asking. He threw trash into the bay. It took an hour and twenty minutes of a four hour trip to get bait and get to the spot to drop our lines. We caught one fish we could keep. He blamed us for not keeping fish on the line. The other five, catfish, bluefish, ladyfish weren’t kept. It appeared that our guide didn’t know the bay well enough to put us on the fish. He took us to the coast guard area at the end our trip to catch blue fish and possibly Spanish Mackerel because...
