Not a great fishing experience but I would go again if it was a sandbar day with the family

Very nice boat and gear HOWEVER….Took us to one of “his spots” which I don’t doubt to be a true story.  He tells us to cast the lines close to he mangroves as the fish like to hide underneath.  Don’t doubt that either.  However about an hour into fishing, he tells us that he had chartered a couple a few days ago and the wife threw his $200 fishing pole into the water and he was trying to fish it out.  My dads line got stuck and turns out it got stuck on his lost pole.  Captain ends up fishing it out himself hours later meanwhile we are at “his spot” for hours and getting no bites. How about taking us to another damn spot to try and catch some fish.  If we are chartering a boat and paying you $900 for your time, gas and for us to fish, go look for your lost pole on your own time dude.  I can understand if we don’t catch much or anything but take us to another spot or spots.  Be proactive.  Very unprofessional and do not recommend this guy to spend $900
