Roger the Contact and booking agent was great. Captian and crew spoke zero English. Understandable but disappointing and not as advertised as the post claims Roger is the Captian. Boat has zero electronics, completely unacceptable in my opinion. As a commercial fisherman and life long charterboat Captian myself, how can you charge over $100hr and just guess where fish or structure is!? Weather and fishing were bad, not controllable, so that’s not part of my review. Boat had zero protection from wind and waves so we took waves over the front/side and back all day. Windy and cold. Definitely not what I’d ammsume is the norm for Cancun, but just FYI to anyone booking. Very wet boat in any weather. Tackle was good, just blown away they didn’t have a fish finder/sounder onboard. Captian used his cellphone to guess the depth and location. So we basically had to deep water jig blind for 6 hours… Captian crew and myself all jigged. I did luck into a small amberjack. Thank god I asked my dad to snap a photo on the ride in, as I dug my fish out of their bait cooler. Crew never offered to take a photo. Gave the crew a $200 tip…. They hurried us off the boat and went about their business. We found out that the weather for them was unusually rough, knowing that I’m disappointed they didn’t even attempt to reschedule. We were available all week. I’m sure they catch fish, as I’ve seen the pictures in other reviews, but from a professional Captians opinion, not impressed. I think the bait and switch from talking to. Roger who is great to being dropped off with non English speaking crew was misleading. 90% of a charter is communication. Fish are a bonus. My two cents….

Great fishing expierence. The crew fished hard until we got on some fish. Caught 7 mahi wich was wonderful plan to go on more trips with Roger. And he made a great snack at the end of the trip for us.

Fun trip. Little choppy and didn’t catch anything, but great trip.
Will do again when the waters are calmer and fishing picks back up.
