Captain Brad was awesome! very helpful especially with my dad who is not experienced in this type of fishing at all. we didnt catch any fish unfortunately but we hooked into plenty and still had a great time out on the water. would highly recommend making the trip with brad!

My daughter and I fished the Manistee below Tippy Dam with Brad as our guide on September 1, Labor Day.  What a great trip!  Brad was wonderful.  Put us in great locations and even cleaned our fish.  Five stars!  We will be back later this season for the salmon run with Brad!

Despite the struggle of summer Michigan fishing and our low catch total, we were beyond impressed with Captain Brad. He was very informative, answered all of our questions about the area, made us laugh, and put every effort forth to make sure all members of our party caught something. My son (15) and I had a great day on the Manistee River with Captain Brad!  Captain Brad got us on fish early and often and kept us on fish all day. Although it was a bit colder (temperature) than we expected, the fishing action and heated enclosure kept us warm the entire day. We netted 10+ fish, the largest at 15 lbs. I booked this charter as a first stop on a mother/son trip for my son’s 12th birthday. We learned a lot about fishing on the river and Ken is very knowledgeable about the different species of fish and what attracts them. We had a great time!
