He had no idea how to work a top water and caught fish because Dan helped him and for a grandfather to watch this fishing guide have the patience to have my grandson the best experience that was on artificial and then we went to live bait and his whole world blew up this guy will do everything in his power to put you on fish is patience is exceptional if you are going to someone who is not totally inexperience and turn it into the most awesome day his attention to detail is off the chart

My husband and I had a great day on Headwaters with Captain Dan. Such a nice guy, waited on us hand and foot, and he gave us some good fishing tips. We didn’t get the giant but got a few good ones. I would highly recommend Captain Dan. My grandson said I got the bigger fish because I’m “the older fish”. 🤣

Captain Dan was excellent. He worked extremely hard all morning to keep us on the fish as we searched for the giants. Completely open to sharing new fishing techniques/baits as well as educating us on the subtle nuances of the lake - underway grass points, depth changes/drop-offs, skinny water areas, etc..). Great communicator which made the overall experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Captain Dan.
